- Sports Nutrition Evaluation for Optimal Training and Performance
- Weekly Fitness Structure with Progression as your Fitness builds – customized for your needs, interests and exercise resources available.
- Targeted workout assignments based on your fitness progression to include cardio, strength, and core.
- Twice per month personal training sessions of 45 minutes. A total of 6 sessions per 12 week period. More sessions can be purchased at a discounted package rate.
